Who am i?

I earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from St. Cloud State, Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Loyola University Chicago before moving to Colorado in 1998. As a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) for 30 years. I have worked in a variety of settings including residential treatment, mental health agencies, adventure therapy, and in elementary, middle & high schools.  I have been in private practice for over 15 years.

I grew up one of seven children on a dairy farm in rural Minnesota and still love to be in the great outdoors!  I enjoyed homeschooling my 2 kids, now lovely adults. When I have free time you can find me hiking, paddle boarding, being with family and friends, and serving in my community.  I love outdoor concerts, Bible time with morning coffee and catching sunsets.
